Join the ISA Edmonton Section for expert-led tours through the CSA Group's specialized Edmonton labs!
The CSA Group's Edmonton laboratories specialize in testing and certification services for hazardous locations such as equipment used in oil, gas, mining, marine and fertilizer production. In addition, CSA Group also has a facility capable of testing windows and doors offering performance testing for environmental requirements.
Tour attendees can expect a guided tour through the Main Lab that provides electrical and mechanical testing and custom testing, the Hazardous Locations Lab and the Windows and Doors Lab.
Fabian Joseph, Operations Manager for Western Canada, will greet tour attendees and give a short CSA Group introductory presentation before the tours commence. Eric Dach, Senior Lab Technician, will lead the tour through the main lab, Vince Wright, Lab Coordinator will lead the tour through the hazardous locations lab and Richard Frederick, Certifying Engineer, will lead the tour through the hazardous locations lab.

- Welcome & Introduction

Times / Tour Schedule:
- 6:00pm - Tour 1 (includes pizza & pop, available at 5:45pm onward)
- 6:45pm - Tour 2 (includes pizza & pop, available before or after your tour)
- 7:30pm - Tour 3 (includes pizza & pop, available before your tour)
Address: 1707 94 St NW (in the Edmonton Research Park)
Parking: Parking is available in the lot south of the building, on the street, in Quantiam parking lot and in the GE parking lot.
No personal protective equipment will be required for the tour.
Pizza, pop and water will be served for dinner.
