Witness a friendly debate between Mark Brosseau, Operational Technology & Cyber Consultant, - and - Henry Bosch, Associate Director, Grid Operational Technology & Security, Electricity Operations at EPCOR. Both are passionate about cybersecurity - but - divided about regulation. Our presentation will start with some background information about the new Canadian federal law, officially titled "An Act respecting cyber security, amending the Telecommunications Act and making consequential amendments to other Acts". Then for the fun part... Henry will present the pros of regulation, Mark will counter with the cons of regulation, and both will have a chance at rebuttal. We'll close with an audience vote!
