Job Description

Looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support company sales activities by providing product information to Territory Managers and customers, and complete, submit, and follow up on quotes. S/he also identifies prospecting and up-selling opportunities.  

Job Responsibilities 

  • Ability to effectively represent the company and communicate with others at varying technical levels.
  • Creativity and initiative.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good documentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Sales / lead generation experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of the order entry software package.

Job Requirements

Person should have a 2-3 years experience in Inside Sales function. Knowledge of the products we carry would be an asset. More importantly, we need someone that has excellent interpersonal skills and is used to dealing with customers. Need someone that is not only personable but is also capable of handling inquiries and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to ensure the office runs in an effective and efficient manor. This is a total hands-on situation.
